Speed Training: Speed is a skill and can be improved.  Speed is not just genetic as once thought.  It has been scientifically proven that athletes can learn how to increase their speed, agility and quickness with a comprehensive and regulated program design.  In our program, athletes will concentrate on proper running form/technique, starts, acceleration, deceleration and sprint assisted training.

Strength Training:
 Inspire uses an individualized and integrated approach to training.  We treat every athlete as an individual and makes an assessment which allows him to make intelligent choices with regard to training.  Our main goal is to get today's athletes to reach their full potential using programs designed with consideration toward the athlete, environment and the tasks to be performed

  • Running Technique
  • Cardiovascular Endurance
